F&W info?

Just wondering when they tell what will be available at the Food & Wine Fest.
Does anyone know if they release the info in advance, or you just show up to find out?

Usually you can get some info in advance from AllEarsNet.com, or in the first week it's open as people report what they discovered. I'd think part of the fun would be exploring on your own, though -- eating your way around the world. :eat:

Allears will have info and the three times we were there, the menus were pretty similar, the only things that changed a bit were the prices!
