Cacium Help??

In our previous discussion of the "best" calcuim to buy someone mentioned Spring Valley? 600mg + D form Walmart and mentioned there were 2 kinds one disovled easily and one kind didn't. I need to restock on Calcium but can't find the paper I wrote the note on. Does someone remember the "better" of the 2 to buy?

I think I need to go find that discussion. I have never taken vitamins except when I was pregnant. Now would be a good time to start. I bought some Viactiv just a couple of days ago, thinking calcium would be a good idea right now. I liked the idea of two chocolates a day, lol. I didn't even think about how well it is absorbed or anything. I'm anxious to hear more about this.
