For June we can post any and all of our celebrations and changes. Show us your pictures of graduations, weddings, fathers day etc...
I'll start with a wedding photo of Cathy's good friend Danielle. It's actually from last month, but hey, it fits.

This was their ride, I think it was a great affordable, safe way to go to the prom!

I love this! The idea of taking a school bus to the Prom is so nontraditional, it's cool! Whose idea was it?

It was one of the kids, his uncle works for a bus co in another state, so they called the local bus co and paid $35/couple.

Newly graduated, my daugther is all smiles back in 2007! Not sure which color goes to which but one of the braids is for Honors from the English Department and the other is for graduating summa cum laude ("with highest honor"). Krystal ranked 36th out of her class of 599 at Gettysburg College.

Since I don't have any graduating kids or marrying friends or family, I took a portrait of my PDA family (that's not too pathetic, is it? ):

Even though they all look very similar, technology changes have made each successive device more powerful, useful, and entertaining. The nondescript device just right of center is the latest addition to the collection, my iPod touch. Technically, it's not a PDA, but as Apple continues to improve its software, it is slowly morphing into one. How's that for change?

There was a time not too long ago when I was concerned I'd never see this, and now it's hard to imagine it actually happened.

Timon,
I just said the same thing when my nephew - who had the same cancer- had his first baby a few months ago. He was 6 years old when we found out and I wondered if he'd ever be a father. Amazing, isn't it?
As a matter of fact, in my avatar- that's a picture of his baby!! He's a special little guy because we all realize that day may not have come!
Congrats on seeing the prom. Miracles are so awesome!

Kyle and Sammy graduation from High School, May 19, 2008. There were many questions on whether or not either one of them would make it. Kyle is a very smart underacheiver. If he doesn't see the point in something, he will NOT work on it, even though it is required. Sammy had the problem of her mom never graduated and probably didn't see the point either. She had never been challenged to do better until she got it from us. She really busted her butt this year, especially the last semester to pick up credits she had been lacking. She finished this semester with all A's and B's...which was a major acheivement for her.

I just want to say congrats to all the graduates and their parents. Reaching this milestone has all the sweeter when you know the struggles the child went through to get to this point.

Here's some pics from Mikey's preschool graduation:

Mikey's the "shy" one in the front (NOT!).
Here's DH, Shawn, at his 40th birthday party. It was technically in May, but I didn't download until June, so we'll count it!
He's notorious for loving seltzer water. I don't know why. He drinks it by the truckload. So my mom and dad gave him 40 cans of seltzer.

I took several hundred pics at the family reunion, but not any with everyone together (there was no time when everyone was there). It was more of an "open house" scene. Anyhoo, I love this pic of my dad being silly with his sisters:

Did you just post a character with their head off on a Disney board? Isn't that breaking one of the 10 pixie dust commandments? Tominpok I loved your PDA family. I checked my photo card last week for something and noticed I have a few shots of people but mostly it documented my new tech purchases from the last few years. A new iPod IS like family.

Change/Celebration? Yes, this was my pastors (gentlman on the left in the suite) last benediction with us as he has been transfered. That's the change portion. The celebration is that he's been promoted to a district superintendant.
