Go to the Time and Date site below. The link is set to the instruction page for the World Clock and how to find sunrise and sunset times. You can plan for romantic dinners aboard ship for your dates by knowing the time of sunset for a particular date.

Cool link Moley,

I might throw in one thought though for those cruising DCL. While Palo has a 180 degree view from the windows, you might want to check your itinerary to make sure the ship is sailing the correct direction to enjoy it!

After reading a trip report (George's, I believe) suggesting this idea on the old MA, I was excited when I realized our Palo ressie time coincided with sunset exactly! However, the Wonder was sailing pretty much into the sun that night and since the view is off the aft (rear) of the ship--we just saw it get darker (while there was probably a wonderful view from the sports deck :D ).

We did get some great sunsets from our verandah later in the cruise however.

Any of you cruisers have a Palm PDA? I have a great app for mine called City Time which not only includes the whole World Clock so that I have sunrise and sunset times for anywhere with me, it also displays one of those cool world maps with the regions of light darkness and in-between marked clearly :)

Sunset today in Seattle: 7:52 pm DST
Sunset today in Orlando: 7:45 pm DST

Heh, heh, heh, our day is already just a bit longer!

Cool techno toy, Miss B! No, I don't have one. I'm still behind setting the house clocks for daylight saving time. However, if I need to know one, I know a friend I can ask!
