What a great question! OK - is it fair to answer this even if I do work with MFT?

Seriously, Del and I would love, love, love to take the Imperial Cities tour and see some of these amazing places - from the castles to the food. The tour itself looks so enchanting! I would love this for an anniversary (hint, hint ;) ).

Of course, I am hoping that Adventures will still have their China tour in a few years. We have talked about taking the girls back to their homeland in a way that will be fun and educational. The one thing I know, ABD does their tours up right - you are so well taken care of and that includes the kiddos too. So, this tour would give LiLi her two favorite things: Disney and China!

Yes, it is just fine you are answering! I just drool over all these possibilities. Plus you get that feeling of security that Disney will have lined up the best in places to stay and what to see. I know who I'm calling when I win that Lotto prize. :D

It is my great dream to someday vacation Down Under--and to do it the Disney way would be THE best.

Edited to add: Winning the Lotto is my "plan' too, Moley. If I win the Mega-Millions, you can come along

There are only 4 on the list that I don't want to do but if I had to pick my first choice it would be Imperial Cities - Austria & Czech Republic. I've always wanted to do that Sound of Music spin.

This was my 1st choice for the last few years (I've been dreaming for a while!)

But I think now it's -
Sacred Valleys & Incan Cities - Peru

There are so many exciting Adventures!!

But, since I have been eyeballing it for two years now....

Quest for the West!!!

If I am going to spend big money, hard earned money on a trip, I'm going to spend it in America!

Backstage Magic-Hollywood & Disneyland
First choice - I would LOVE to do that!!!

I just checked the destinations and found out that we either live VERY close to most of them, so have been there before, or have already visited most of the other countries (not been to China and Peru - and don't feel the urge to go there!) Only other option other than the Hollywood one (and I would love to go there right now and have a pin trader delight at the Disney Soda Fountain in Los Angeles) would be Australia.

Memories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful question!

Looking at these made me feel very blessed as I've visited 8 of the tours. Three of my dream places to visit are on the list:

Once Upon a Fairytale - Germany
Adventures by Disney - Heidelberg, Fairytale Route, Rothenburg, Munich, Neuschwanstein

Imperial Cities - Austria & Czech Republic
Adventures by Disney - Vienna, Durnstein, Salzburg, Cesky Krumlov, Prague

The Emerald Isle - Ireland
Adventures by Disney - Dublin, Killarney, Bay of Kenmare, Newmarket-on-Fergus (Shannon)

I'm packed - who wants to go (after I win the lottery)? :D

all of them are wonderful.

I have booked for June 20th - Once Upon a Fairytale

Very excited to be going back to Germany again.

Also have booked - DVC Backstage Magic for 9/2 - 7th - for that one, your points have to be used and you can't pay cash. That is what I was told when I booked it.

Very much looking forward to these two tours

If I had to pick just one, it would have to be:

Cities of Knights & Lights - London/Paris
Adventures by Disney - London, Paris, Versailles

Then I would extend the trip and go to Disneyland Paris! :D

Capri or Prague... Prague or Capri? Tough choice as these are two of my very top "wishlist" destinations. Perhaps if I win the lottery I will do both.

Anything that starts with Snorkel would be my first choice!;)

Discovery Down Under - Australia
Adventures by Disney - North Queensland, The Great Barrier Reef, Ayers Rock, Sydney

Snorkel in the Great Barrier Reef, skyrail over ancient rainforests, ride camels by Ayers Rock, see exotic creatures and explore cosmopolitan Sydney. Australia offers a range of exciting sights and adventures to thrill the whole family.

I thought I would say the behind the scenes in Hollywood and DL - and I would enjoy it very much. However I would decline the behind the stage portion at DL. So not going to look past what is really at DL by accepting there is even a backstage! ;)

I'm with ya on that one! I see enough just riding the monorail. Beci and another one of our agents is on the tour right now (lucky ducks) and I can't wait to hear about it. I know Beci has been really looking forward to it.

OK - my only thing about this one . . .can we say "Shark!"

Actually, I would love this one too, but man - the sharks are much larger in Australia than they are in Tahiti. One love bite from them and your missing your lower half!

Doug and I also booked the DVC Backstage Magic. So we'll get to see you there. And we did pay cash for it. When we signed up we were told that one of the attractions at Disneyland being considered for a backstage look is the Indiana Jones Adventure. Reports of the tour from other message boards have confirmed that.

I want to go on one of these three next April/May/June (2009). I need a roomie. Order of preference, with a few days at DLRP at the end of the trip:

Cities of Knights & Lights - London/Paris
Adventures by Disney - London, Paris, Versailles

Introduce your family to the joys of London. Visit Buckingham Palace and tour the Tower of London. See “The Lion King” show. Then, savor the charms of Paris, with a scavenger hunt in the Louvre, a bicycle ride through Versailles and lunch in the Eiffel Tower.

This is a tough one. I guess I would pick:
Viva Italia - Italy
Adventures by Disney - Rome, Orvieto, Tuscany, Florence, Venice
Discover the great cities and charming villages of Italy. Explore ancient wonders and Vatican City in Rome, delight in the dishes of Tuscany, marvel at Renaissance masterpieces in Florence and glide through the extraordinary canals of Venice.

Paris, Venice and Florence are 3 of my fav cities in Europe. I know there are many more great ones - I just haven't been there yet! I would love to show my kids these 3. However, seeing as my kids are still young (ages 6 and 3), our first Disney Adventure may end of being Spirit of America. Anything by Disney is better than nothing :mickeyHalloween:

DH and I are booked for the Sept 16-21 Backstage Magic (adults only) tour. I've read all the reports and blogs from the folks who went on the "maiden" trip last week and it sounds like an absolute blast.

Anyone else going to be on the adventure with us?

I took the 8 hour Backstage Magic Tour at WDW a few years back and loved it, so I'm sure I'm going to love having 5 days plus of "backstage" magic in California. DH says he doesn't want to know all the secrets ;-) but I think he'll like the tour anyway ...and tough cookies if he doesn't LOL

For those interested, Steve Barrett and myself will be co-hosting an Adventures by DIsney Quest for the West trip in late Aug or Sept 2009. It will be an adult only trip, chartered by MouseFanTravel.

We are just awaiting the 2009 schedule to come out to make a formal announcement.

As someone who did the Southwest last year, I can't speak highly enough about the guides and the experience.
