Keep visiting all of the Disney boards you frequent DL, as you read you will get not only new ideas, but a different perspective on everything Disney. I learn something new everytime I visit one of the boards I love.

Put on your MouseRadio (www.live365.com) and fantasize riding each attraction...
Visit Steve Soares wonderful entertainment site and see if you can guess what will be there in December (oops, I don't have the link on this computer!).
See if you can find books about Walt and the development of Disney World at your local library.
Start collecting scrapbook supplies, plan your vacation album and then you can just slide some photos in.
Buy a lottery ticket every week so just maybe you won't have to come back once you get to WDW.
Look at every one of the menus at AllEarsNet and pick your meal.
How's that? :D

TELL ME ABOUT IT!!!!!
I have 275 days left (but who's counting?) and I think I'm going to go nuts. We're crusing next December and that's even more frustrating because there's only such much planning you can do for a cruise. I've picked out a few shore excursions but two of the ports (Antigua and St. Lucia) aren't listed yet on the website. Also, a lot off stuff like spa treatments can't be booked prior to arrival.
The only time off I have scheduled before December is a five day religious ed catechists training conference. We do have season passes to Kings Island so we'll be spending quite a bit of weekend time down there this summer, but it's just not the same as going to see The Mouse.
Disneylover, I feel your pain.
