Nikon Lens

So I am reading about Tagrel's new camera and all the related discussion. That caused me to wonder if anyone knows the answer to this question. Will the lens I have for my Nikon film camera fit onto a digital Nikon body? Anybody know or have experience?

Yes, sort of. It depends on the model/how old. The mount should fit but some of the AF/AE connections will depend on the lens.

I have a 25 yo 50mm from my Nikon FM that "works", but has no AF.

Thanks, I'll move along the camera body but will save all the lens until I'm totally convinced there is nothing useful to do with them. Thanks.
