In case you were looking for another way to waste some time this weekend...
The Library of Congress has just made part their photo collection available on on Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/library_of_congress/). There are two sets there covering the 1910s and 1930s-40s. Pretty neat stuff. I especially like the old photos of NYC, including Coney Island:
