Elevated deck at WL?

There is a large elevated deck at the WL that sits above the Porte Cochere (sp?). I've gone out on this deck during the day, but never at night. Can you see the MK fireworks from this location? Also, was this to be the entry/exit point for the rumored (but apparently abandoned) WL monorail stop?

I've never been on that deck rriley25, but I'll have to check it out at the end of April. It seems like if you can see fireworks from some of the woodsview rooms, you might be able to see them from the deck. That is if they allow you on the deck at night. I'm sure somebody will be along with more WL information soon. Great question!

That deck is where the Flag Family goes each morning to raise the USA flag. It is only used for that, and no one is allowed up there for anything else. That is what I know about it.

I do not know that it was going to be used for the rumored monorail stop. I would think it would be to high for that.

I happened to be calling WL for another matter this morning, so I asked the CM I spoke with.
