It's the little things, the details that help make Disney World so special and magical. What little details do you love?
For me:
1. the names on the windows in Main Street
2. the ladybugs on the lights at AK
3. the pictures of celebrites in the Allstars

I love the Disney music that follows you everywhere you go. That's one of my favorite parts.
I love going on off seasons and seeing the park filled with CMs who are senior citizens who do such a great job and take such pride in their work. Nothing against the teens who work summer and peak times but the seniors always seem to have more pride and more magic about them. Doesn't hurt that I want one of those gigs when I retire.
Ducks - on the last 2 trips their have been baby ducklings in the bushes near the portrait artists in Liberty Square that were quite entertaining to watch. I've also seen bunnies at Epcot. Such a nice unexpected thing to see.
I love the recycling of nearly everything - an old ticket booth into the Crow's Nest to sell film, the pic. of Mr. Toad handing the building deed over to Owl in the Pooh ride, -while everything is spruced up and tweaked here and there the old still shines through.
Hidden Mickeys!
I don't know why but I am always mesmerized by the bluish/greenish stones in the water in Future World. I can (and do) sometimes stare at these for over an hour.
All the beautiful flowers at MK and Epcot.
The detail the face characters go into to learn their character from Snow White with her arm out and pinky up to Mary Poppins correcting our grammar when we bumped into her at Epcot.
Many many more.

For me, it used to be the cleanliness of the parks. The only reason that I say used to be is because this past trip, DH and I kept noticing that there was trash in all kinds of spots - and ugly trash too - not just popcorn, but old hamburger plates with fries and ketchup.
Granted this is because inconsiderate people left their trash in rosebushes, benches, the ground, but Disney used to be so good at having CMs all over the place to pick up trash within a few minutes.
Currently, my favorite "little things" can be found at Epcot. I love that most of the CMs who work in the various countries are from that country. It makes for great conversation and learning more about their particular country.

I had to sleep on this, because I couldn't seem to pinpoint an answer.
I love the landscaping/look of the place. To me it is all the little touches that I enjoy. And honestly some of the things I'm sure I don't even conciously notice but I know it is making a difference for me. I really can't just pick out specific little things, because it is all of them.

I just love the little things--and like Rosebud I think the Magic and the Disney experience is all about being immersed in them! But I'm going to make a list of my many favorites...just as soon as I check off a few of the things on my to-do list!
Here's a quick two: Miss Piggy as the Statue of Liberty in the fountain outside of Muppets.
The fake Broadway show posters in the waiting area for It's Tough to Be a Bug: Beauty and the Bees, Antie, and others. And then the music is "bugs" buzzing songs from these.
I really love the attention to detail that the Disney Imagineers have made. From the names on the widows on Main Street to the stars on the walk in the Studios, to the cracks in the wall in Africa in AK, and so on. It all just works to come together to provide that Disney experience that I think is so special. I only find that kind of detail at Disney, not any of the other parks I have been to. They just go overboard to make sure you get into, and live, the experience.
