Since I will be in Disney in less than 12 days, can I include Holidays at Disney? :D

Since my camera is still broken I'll have to fall back on previously taken photos. I'm sure you'll realize that these two photos aren't exactly fine examples of photographic prowess, but they seemed totally appropriate and a fun way to start out this thread, nonetheless.
You haven't really been to Mousefest and your holidays aren't complete until you've been tagged by the Wild Women, you know!

Oh my gosh, November's gone already?! I was so busy I never got a chance to work on the assignment. This one's easy though - here are a few from MGM last night.

Were you having some kind of a private showing or was the park really that empty? Looks like they really need our group of 100 for the HO HO HO Lotta Lights Meet.

It was EMH right before closing. They shut the lights off seconds after I took that first shot! I found out there's no point in lingering at MGM after closing because they shut everything down immediately.

Hi, Barrie! Would love to know the camera settings for the Osbourne Light shots. Did you use a tripod?

Sorry - I always forget to post the settings. I edited the post to add them. Yes, I did use a tripod.
That photo of yours is great. The color is perfect!

Thanks, Barrie! Appreciate you adding the photo data (I went back and added mine, too). Don't you love how you can use high ISOs? Hardly any noise to speak of and, if there is any, easy to eliminate.
Hope you are having fun down there! If you see Tim Devine, tell him I said "hi!". Same goes for Photographer and I know you'll see her.
F/8 and be there! :D

Nothing says the holidays for me better than the actual reason for the season. This life sized manger and live animals has been a tradition of my church for over 40 years. There was a time when Mary, Joseph and the wise men were played by people.

Oops. I better get this in here before December comes to an end. This is how I kept from spending too much on souvenirs during Mousefest 2004. Whenever I saw something that I thought I couldn't resist ... I just took a picture of it.

That approach could also explain the large number of photos of Frogman I see posted from this year's Mousefest. :p

Last night I went to this beautiful Victorian house that is decorated for the holidays. Every room is just gorgeous and completely filled with stuff. I think I might go back tomorrow night (the last night) just to take more photos. Here are some that I took last night.

Oh, that reindeer is sooo cute I could just scratch him on the head and eat him up!
I mean that figuratively and not literally, of course. I eliminated all reindeer from my diet after the whole Chernobyl incident. You just never knew the real reason Rudolph's nose was glowing after that.

Have missed this thread!
Barrie, those photos are wonderful! Would love to see that house in person.
The bubble lights are so neat - have one that is a night light and I look forward to bringing it out each Christmas. Would use it all year, but do not know where I'd ever find another one if it stops working.
