Linking from Flickr?

This is just a basic question. How do we get pix we have on Flickr to display here? I can do it with photobucket but don't know how from Flickr. Is it necessary to use the pay portion to do it? I see that barrie does it, so I know it's possible, but don't know how to do it as you can see from this post http://tagrel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20966&page=4
