I had the pleasure of exchanging a few emails with Deb Wills this past weekend, during which she invited our community members to join in the fun of The Mega Mouse Meet and Mousefest 2003. Between all the chats and games and fun Disney and non-Disney topics I'm amazed every single day! I figured that a few Disney fans would post a few messages a day. What we have are a TON of great people that share all kinds of interests (especially Disney) in 100 - 200 posts a day! I just think that is GREAT!

Thanks everyone for making the site so much fun! I'm enjoying the technical challenge of trying new things and adding features. I'm a bit busy off the site for a bit, but I hope to have more time in the near future to add things such as uploading pictures and our own member updatable link pages (as well as some other ideas).

LOL, sad but probably true. They do like to bite the hands that feed them. But we'll deal with that if/when it occurs.

One of the reasons the site is tagrel.com is to keep it generic (besides the fact that I have a less than creative way with names). And my water molecule logo that happens to LOOK like a hidden mickey, well THAT is just luck! Mickey of course has flat ears, not spherical!

And there is a precedent for this sort of icon:

Not to mention we are non-profit, and the Unofficial Guide is MOST definitely a FOR-profit operation. :D

Seems Disney should fry those bigger fish before attacking people planning to go there spending lots of money.

Having these links just confirms what we already knew - we were a Disney Community from Day 1. It has always felt like home from Day 1 when so many people we already knew were here and then we got the extra benefit of meeting so many new people - I just love that.
