I've been there three times. It is a non-character breakfast, so if you are interested in characters you need to know that ahead of time. Yes Frunch is good, and in fact the recipe for it is now on Deb Wills' web site. You can find American foods if desired or try some African specialities. If you like good coffee, this is a good place to get some for breakfast. The coffee there is terrific. I do not like onions so I avoid food that I know have onions so I can't comment on the Bototie.

Boma has been our favorite dinner for the past 2 trips so we decided to have New Year's breakfast there this year. It was fine, but not extraordinary as we feel dinner is. Normal brekfast fair and the specials you mentioned are good, but the make own omelette area was confusing and very slow. We enjoyed our New Year's breakfast 2003, much more! 1900 PF was fresh delicious food, quiet, fun characters, but not boisterous with kids. I think it is the best quality breakfast food of all the buffets.

The juice at Boma is absolutely scrumtious!!! I think it's a blend of juices and it's smooth and just the right amount of sweet--it's the best juice I've ever had! And I also loved the Bobotie. It was an excellent breakfast buffet with lots of very fresh foods!

We enjoyed breakfast at Boma's twice I think in December and enjoyed it both times. There was a lot of traditional American breakfast dishes, and some other dishes -- I tried the Bobotie - it tasted good to me.
I agree on the juice, and I love the hot tea there. We would choose Boma's again.
Food preferences are so personnel it is hard to know what people would like. We are willing to try different things -- some people like very traditional things. I thought Bomas had a good combination of both. I think everyone should try it at least once! :eat:
Happy Planning!
