Siberia Disneyland?

There was a report on the news that the largest city in Siberia in Russia is claiming the Disney will be breaking ground (breaking ice?) there soon for the next Disneyland. Of course Disney hasn't confirmed this.

I don't know, but it seems that Disney would do better in countries that...

1. Know who Mickey Mouse is

2. Like the United States

3. Are capitalist countries that can afford Disney prices
