When you leave the boat for the last time, where do you claim your bag if you are arranging for transportation other than DCL bus?
When you get off the ship you go downstairs in the terminal building to a warehouse type room. All the luggage is separated into sections (you will get your new luggage tags the last night). Go to your section and find your luggage. Get a porter right away!
Everyone then passes through customs and you leave the building. Your porter will ask where you need to go. Using a town car service? You go across the street to find your ride. The porter will go so far as making the round of the parking lot with you looking for your ride. I missed my Quicksilver driver on the first pass because I didn't see my name on the placard in the window. :? Fortunately, he found me only about a minute after the porter left me under the big white tent to wait.

I second the porter idea. Get the first one you see! Ours was invaluable. Helped us find all of our luggage and then helped us find the Avis shuttle. He even waited with us for the next shuttle and helped the driver load our luggage.
