After our wonderful nights sleep here at the Royal Pacific we were up and checked out by 10 am. Usually I'm a commando typof vacationer but this trip it was different. We kind of had made a rough plan for our days but all three of us were very flexible. I was just enjoying the time with my son so it didn't matter what we did.
After checking out we knew we were going to the parks but the boys wanted to go to Sizzler( got a brain cramp can't remember how to spell it) for another buffet breakfast. This place was a disaster. No plates the food buffet was short with a very long line. Bonaza was much better set up the food was better. The had their whole buffet set up with food so the people could get in and out quickly and the service was a lot better.
OK after that we drove back to Royal Pacific to park. Another of the advantages of staying on site at Universal is that on your last day you have total use of the resorts and front of the line access. We walked over to catch the boat. The boys wanted to go to IOA to redo the attractions that they loved the best. We did spiderman 3 times before leaving. The parks didn't seem to be as crowded today even though it was a saturday. After we got our fill we back over to the studios side. Redid a lot of the attractions. We did the Horror makeup show . It is really worth going to very entertaining. I thought I wouldn't like it but its well worth going to. Then the boys didn't want to go one Jimmy Nuetron saying it looked liked it was for little kids. Need less to say mother rules . I loved it . You flying With Jimmy and you get to chase Angelia and swim with sponge Bob. Life doesn't get any better than that. Its a rough ride but fun. Its going on five o'clock and we decid we need to fing Magic Castle.
I call Magic Castle to get directions before we leave Universal. The woman says oh your not at this one your at the other one. OK so she give me directions anyway. If you ever stay at the Magic Castle make sure you do not stay at the one you go left on 192 make sure its the other one. I should have never check in I got really bad vibes. When we got to the door of the room there was a really big pamento bug right in front of the door to greet us. When the boys went to use the pool there was a man that kept staring at them while he was drink a beer and couple having fight. Gave the boys the creeps. We stayed one night. First thing in the morning called the Nikki Bird Hoilday inn and stayed there the rest of the week. None of slept very well there. Kept wondering if bugs were crawling on us. Just in case anyone cares we ate at Taco bell. Cheap eats and it fills those boys up. LOL We did eat our 19.99 room in Krisp creame donuts that morning. LOL
Check out by 9. We then proceeded to east on 192 to go to Coco beach for the day. I like to take the off highway kind of roads just to get a feel for area but it was a long drive. We stopped at Publix to get muchies and fresh fruit for our day at the beach before we left. The beaches here are so beautiful. We did get caught up in fraffic because of an air show at the air force base but besides that there was hardly no one around. I love it though how all the locals have the older bikes that they ride on the beach and we almost rented some our selfs. The water was so warm compared to our beaches here in New England. I walked and pick up shells and just enjoyed the weather. We had to make a stop at Ron Jons surf shop and bought shirts and soviners for friends and family. Look in the coupons books because there are %10 coupons for this store in them. Fun store. The boys were hungrey so they decided they wanted Taco bell again. This taco bell had the nices and cutest boy working the register. Super freindly and funny. Had a good time with him.
We get back to Kissimee around 5 and checkin at the Holiday Inn. They give us a really large room with two double beds and a sofa that opens into a bed. Microwave and refrigerator. Big separate vanity area with a separate tub and toilet area. You could tell it was an older Holiday Inn but everything was clean. There was no remote for the TV called the front desk and it was there in less than 10 minutes.
The boys went and enjoyed the pool and when they came back I did a load of laundry. Had to get those sandy towels clean. Relaxed and we were all in bed by 10 and the Tv off by 11.
Our experince at Universal at both the parks and the resorts was the best. We never dealt with grumpy help and everyone was very up beat and fun. Great service and lots of fun.
All vacation the boys made fun of the Daewoo car and now they picked on me and the Magic Castle. Some things you never get to live down. LOL
Just one note about Magic Castle the other one looked much different than the one we stayed at. It looked like the one on the wedsite So I'm sure our experince would have been much different there.
Tomorrow we go tour the college and get lost getting there.
