visa discount rates ?

I was wondering if anyone knows if I can use my disney visa to pay my sisters deposit to lock in her rates until she receives her own card. Her family has applied for a card, but it will not arrive for 2 - 4 weeks and her deposit is due in 2 weeks. I offered to use my disney visa to pay the deposit and then she could pay her balance due upon arrival after she has her card.

In my simple mind, it seems fine to do...why couldn't I be the one paying her deposit as a gift? I am not sure what they could do about it; money is money to a credit card company, right? Does anyone know if there is any stipulation with the discounted rates? I looked on the web page but didn't see anything too obvious saying I couldn't do that.

Lisa here is the post that talked about it on Intercot. I would call and verify with Disney if this is OK though.

Thanks! I checked out that link and it looks like if my sister doesn't receive her card in time, I can use mine to pay her deposit. I appreciate your help! Lisa
