Ok now for the next question is it cheaper to buy tickets at AAA or the Disney Store and how big are the discounts?

I believe at Triple AAA you get 10%. The Disney store is the same price as the gate.

I think that the Disney Store discount is about 10% too. I know that it is a wee bit cheaper this link breaks it down Deb's ticket comparison (http://allearsnet.com/pl/ticketchart.htm)

Here's a link to Deb Wills' Ticket Price Comparisson Chart (http://allearsnet.com/pl/ticketchart.htm), which shows the advance (Disney Store) prices and the gate prices.
You'll have to call AAA for a list of their prices, but I've heard that they are about the same as the advance prices from the Disney Store. However, AAA carries some passes that Disney doesn't sell at TDS or at the gate, such as 4-day hopper PLUS passes and 3-day hoppers.
You can also get passes at very good rates from Alamo, even if you are not renting a car from them. Mary Waring writes on MouseSavers.com:
Alamo/Disney Preferred Ticketing
Alamo, which is now the "official" rental car company of Walt Disney World, offers Disney passes through (800) 560-2397. That number connects you to "Disney Preferred Ticketing," which is an official Disney department. Prices:
3-Day Park Hopper PLUS for $169.35 adult, $135.27 child, including tax
4-Day Park Hopper PLUS for $219.40 adult, $175.74 child, including tax
Standard shipping to US addresses is free, or they will deliver to many local hotels, or you can pick up the passes at the "will call" window at any of the four theme parks.
While I'm sure they'd like you to rent from Alamo, there is apparently no requirement that you do so to purchase these tickets. (Sometimes the phone rep will ask if you're renting from Alamo, sometimes not.) Many readers report buying these tickets without renting from Alamo.
And TicketMania (http://www.ticketmania.com/discounttickets.shtml), a reputable ticket broker in the WDW area, also has pretty good prices on Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and other passes.

I can vouch for getting tickets through Alamo. I bought a 3 Day Park Hopper Plus for 175.00 in late November for my early December trip. When I called the number on their website you are actually connected to a Disney employee. Never once asked me about renting a car.
