Comcast Wants Disney!

Just listening to TV news while posting and heard that COMCAST cable just offered Disney $54,000,000,000 and Eisner said they would consider it. Also said they've made offers before that were turned down.

What does COMCAST know about running OUR DisneyWorld park? Anyone else hear this news?

AliKat told me about it last night. She is writing a reseach paper about what Eisner has done to Disney, so she is very interested in all the fallout! Makes me wonder if we will even recognize the Disney Parks in the future. I am a romantic who still loves Walt's original vision for the park.

I live in an area where Comcast is the cable provider. I'm not impressed with their customer services!

My husband told me that Comcast owns the Phila Flyers (and maybe the Sixers?) He's originally from Philadelphia - I told him that I hope they are more successful with Disney than they are getting the Flyers to win the Stanley Cup!!
