Someone else might tell you, but it won't be me. That is part of the fun at Whispering Canyon and personally I would recommend to ask for ketchup unless you are extremely shy and don't like attention. But I think the kids will get a kick out of it. Although we only saw the ketchup thing happen at breakfast - don't remember if there is anything you would put ketchup on at lunch or dinner.

But there is always SOMETHING going on at Whispering Canyon to make it an experience rather than just a meal. Whispering Canyon is anything but quiet. They are constantly up to something and playing with the guests.

An example - the first time we went there we didn't have reservations. They asked us "how bad we wanted to eat there?" - "would we be willing to ride in on stick ponies?". So on the stick ponies we got and galloped to our table.

I have to agree--that would "spoil" all the fun. Let me just say, my daughter (then 14) asked for ketchup. She won't repeat that request again!!!

This restaurant is so much fun. We try and eat here almost every trip. After checking in the first time and hearing all the noise in the lobby, we had to quickly go check it out. One time and we were hooked! My kids particularly like those bottomless milkshakes. They are rich and yummy!!!

Our last trip in October, my daughter "hid" her Birthday Badge. The girl is just no fun. Last May, we were called the "Hokie Pokie Party Poopers!!" Each time we visit leaves us with a lasting memory.

Whispering Canyon is so much fun. And to top off all the fun the food is good too. DH and I have eaten Breakfast and Dinner here. You and your family will love it.

Sounds like my DD. We were at Disney for her 16th birthday. It wasn't actually her birthday when we ate there, and she made me promise I wouldn't say anything. We met a friend there for dinner and she informed her not to say anything either. My friend said with the straightest face, "why would I do that, it isn't even your birthday today". Well my friend had told when she made the PS and made sure they knew it was her Sweet 16. Once again she found herself on a stick pony, but this time her and two other birthday people ended up having to ride around the lobby singing happy birthday to themselves. She was not happy! Would have loved seeing it happen to someone else, but not herself.
