How do you send multiple PM's?

I seem to remember seeing something saying that we can now send multiple PM's to taginators about the same subject. How? Where can I find that post?

Where you enter the Recipient of the PM you can enter multiple names. Each name needs to be separated with a semi-colon (;) You can send up to 5 people at a time.
