That is amazing! Thanks for the link to the photos on AllEars. I can not imagine a better way to become a new American citizen. I bet it was really an emotion filled morning. Disney seemed to do it up right! :)

I went to a colleague's naturalization ceremony in the dingy backroom of the local Hibernian hall and it was a 6 tissue event. I'm sure the one at WDW would have taken the whole box. can't WAIT to read the report!

What a wonderful occasion! I'm proud to have them joining us as Americans!

They've been showing bits of it on the news including a few interviews. They said was the first time the ceremony was held at WDW and wondered if Disney would do it again. I hope they do!

They also included a story about some soldiers in Iraq who've also gotten their citizenship. Honestly, if you put your life on the line for this country, I think you should get fast tracked to citizenship.

The Air Force jets were flying over the house yesterday morning. Couldn't believe how loud the noise was.

This was such a success yesterday that there are already discussions on if it should become an annual event.

That is absolutely awesome.. think they had to pay admission?? It would be nice if they didn't have to but my bet is that they did.
