As you may or may not remember...
We are arriving in Orlando on Oct 31, and originally I thought DD & myself might hop over to MK to scope out the MNSSHP without riding anything (we will have AP's), but I don't feel comfortable doing that & leaving hubby & DS to themselves the first night.
So...
We have decided to do shopping at DD, then dinner at Beaches & Cream. I'm assuming that the time we head back to our resort (Contemporary) won't matter since MK will be open late for the MNSSHP?? I was wondering if there is any chance of my seeing the MK Halloween fireworks on our way back to, or if not- from the Contemporary. We will probably take a bus to MK from BC, then either walk/monorail back to Contemp.
Does anyone know what time they have them at the party? Do they have 2 different showings? I'd like to time it so we can see the fireworks because I think it will definitely be different than the normal one, correct?
Thanks!
Rhonda

Hey pixi,

If I remember correctly, (which I usually don't) our MVMCP fireworks were at 10 pm. Our fireworks were "Wishes". I know that in the past there have been special fireworks for the parties, but I'm thinking that because "Wishes" was new, those are the ones we got. And let me just say, they were fabulous!!

We were there on the 30th, and I seem to remember the fireworks were planned at 9:00, but got delayed for the rain. We also saw Wishes, but nothing different from that. As LGC said though, the Wishes fireworks were magnificant!

OH! Well I was just going by AllEars site... where it says
2003 Schedule of Events

Mickey's Boo to You Parade 8:00 and 10:00pm

Mickey's Mouse-Ka-Rade Costume Parties in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland: 7:15, 8:30, 9:45, and 10:30

Special Halloween Fireworks 9:15
I thought I also read that they have a witch in place of tinkerbell...
but if it's nothing different, then we will forego staying up late since we will be extremely tired from being up so early that morning.

of course, this is 2003 so maybe it has changed
Halloween Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks - Fantasy in the Sky with changes. For one Tinker Bell is replaced by a witch! Awesome perimeter fireworks are also part of the show at 9:15pm.

It was worth staying up and watching pixie, great fun. And a good way to get started!
