What I considered the best preshow at Disney...and they CHANGED IT. :hppmad: :hppmad: I asked a CM about it and I was told that there had been some complaints, but the best thing to do was write.....PLEASE Disney bring back the preshow....my cocker spaniel was in that show( ok, well it was a very close likeness and I loved the entire show) Anyone esle even notice ? or am I that far behind ?

I knew it was different- but really thought it was very similar in "flavor" to the old one.

What on earth did they complain about? And how come THAT complaint got listened to and ours don't, HUH? That was one of the cutest pre-shows on the property (not quite as cute as the Muppet one).

We missed that one when we were there last Oct. Will have to be sure and catch it this time around. No fair changing the pre-shows that I really like.

remind me which that is? Is it the TRUE COLOURS one? or is that Muppet 3D? I get confused!

Sammie True Colors was at HISTA.

We did not make it to HISTA this last trip but I am bummed if they got rid of the preshow. I absolutely loved it. That song stuck in my head for days - hmm maybe that is why people complained but heck it was a good song.

Sorry Brer I won't be complaining unless they bring the old show back. I much prefer the new one. Sorry.

I loved the True Colors. It brought happy little dewy tears to my eyes. The new one is OK, but no tears. I judge a lot of things on the "Kleenex Factor", and the old one wins.

I'll reserve judgement on the new one until I see it, but I just loved True Colours. Definitely had the goosebump factor and whenever I hear the song I am right there with my 3D glasses up on my head waiting for the show!

Sorry , the complaints were about the new show....the CM was telling that guests were complaining because they missed the old show...and YES I judge shows by the goose bump , dewy eye test also. BRING IT BACK Disney !!!

Did Disney lose its sponsorship from Kodak? The "True Colors" campaign was one of theirs, I think.

I missed the pre-show, too. I did like the fact that there are new screens hanging from the cieling, so everybody can see no matter how crowded the room gets, but I liked the old pre-show.

My biggest complaint about HISTA is and always has been: Put some chairs in the pre-show! I HATE standing pre-shows like HISTA, ITTBAB, T23D, and Phil. When I'm hot, tired, and trying to relax, I don't like being CRAMMED like a sardine into an SRO room for as much as 15 minutes with 400 other tired, hot, cranky, smelly park Guests.

But maybe that's just me.

Hey, Will, I agree. But at least you aren't armpit height! :confused2:

I think your right - it probably is just you. I just LOVE being crammed in a room with all those tired, hot, cranky, smelly park guests! Especially those smelly ones!

If I'm there the same time as you, you'll only have 399 smelly park guests. I'm a fine southern gal, and I don't sweat, I glisten. Therefore, no smelly coming from me. ROFLOL!! :balloon:
