Here is my take on curves. The front of the stage has a curve, a design on the door has curves and the snake, well, he was diffently curvy! :yikes:

Here I was, already to sneak into and take some candid Curves photos!
Good thing I read the first post before posting my photos!

Now Tony, if you took pictures of curves at Curves that would fit the assignment.

Well this isn't at Disney but it has curves... It's the staircase in the Marblehead, Ohio Lighthouse.

I had a lot easier time finding repetition than I have had capturing curves. Or maybe my eye just doesn't tune in to curves as well - they are more subtle, not so much in your face. Anyway, I'm still working on it.
FLSharon - These don't have to be Disney photos unless you happen to be in WDW during the month of the assignment. I like that people are posting Disney shots that they already have. It gives me ideas for my next trip. I'm curious though - how many folks are actually looking at this as an assignment, and going out looking for new curvy shots in this month?

That was at Rafiki's planet watch. I almost did this :faint:

To be honest, I had some photos lined up for the 'Loud' assignment which got changed into 'Curves'. Luckily for me, I had a few 'curve' shots in the 900+ images I took during my last trip to WDW in May.
Curves are everywhere, Barrie. They don't stand out like repetition I grant you but they are out there. I found you have to look wide angle for them sometimes like my Swan Resort picture where the roof line curves along with all the wave curls painted on the structure's sides.
Of course, a visit to a local beach on a hot day could give you lots of curvy subjects. :D

Scott, as it turns out I am at the beach today and thought I'd spend some time trying to capture curves. The Oregon coast rarely has the kind of curves you are talking about though - brrr! This isn't the greatest photo but I liked how the waves were cooperating.

Since the project started, I have the intentions and lots of ideas.....opportunity fails me though. I'm rarely without at least one child in my arms and often I have two there. There's still plenty of June left. I'll just have to grab the moment and do it!

Ideally I'd like to do it that way, but my schedule has been to hectic. I DID take the Park Guell curves in June...

I know what you mean Deb - it's hard to find time to just take photos when there are so many other things going on. Sutree and I are spending 3 days on the coast for our birthdays so I had time today to wander around. That was my gift to myself but I don't often have that luxury.
Scott - you're right, once you start looking there are curves everywhere. I had tons of fun collecting these today. If you want to see the larger size just click on them.
