To post a picture you need to have a web site to host the picture for you. Then you would use the image command to link to where the picture is. You can see the commands right above where you type in the text to your post. You would click the Img button, then type in the web address for the picture, then click on the Close Tags button.

Most of the sites out there that are available to keep and view albums on won't host pictures that you can link to on other sites. Linking uses up bandwidth, and bandwidth costs money.
