EPCOT after 4 pass

I was looking at a passholder's page on an official WDW web site and found mention of an EPCOT after 4 pass. Has anyone heard of this? What is it?

Yes, DrBabe. . . the Epcot after 4 pass is for Florida Residents. Basically, they pay a discounted price to gain unlimited admission into Epcot after 4pm. :D

This is also offered to some convention/business meeting groups. We could get one at the business meeting I attended at Coronado Springs. I already had an Annual Pass, so I did not pursue it.
