Rent A Car Codes -- Feb. 21st

Are there any "deals" (codes) for car rentals for the end of February... we're going down at the end of winter break. Right now Mike's got a corp. rate of $35 per day plus taxes etc. for Avis but was curious if there's anything "better" out there.

Also sometimes going directly to a specfic rental car company's website can get some discounts and we have learned sometimes dealing directly with the location you want to rent from can be a cost saving method!

I just got an email from Dollar today with specials that run through April 7, 2004.

Compacts at $27.99 a day
Intermediates at $31.99 a day

Not sure what size car your looking for, but they have a spot that says email this deal to Family and friends. If you'd like to pm me your email address, I'll forward it to you.

You can also find car rental discounts in the back of your Entertainment Book. Once in a while, there are also coupons for Alamo and Dollar in the Val-Pak coupons that are mailed to you.

Just an update...
I did check out mousesavers... no special rates...
then, on a whim I checked out www.wdwinfo.com and went on rentals.. got a GREAT rate (esp. for Feb. break) through Budget that was $200 less than what was offered through them elsewhere.. and $100 (after taxes and stuff) from the others... what a relief, finding a car for under $300 for the 6 days (think total is $238.40 inc)
