I have a Kodac easy share Z650 that I slept in the Best Buy parking lot for on Black Friday. I've used the camera, but never really paid attention to the settings. I decided to take pictures at Naomi's softball game and used the children setting (fast action in bright light). I put the lens through the chainlink fence, zoomed in, and they are pretty good if I do say so myself.

Good eye! Good eye! Way to watch Naomi! The ball hit the dirt and you can see it fly up at her feet.

Nothing like a slide headfirst into home! You can even seem the seams of the softball.

This is not an expensive camera, but it's not exactly a cheap one either. I'm going to have to get out the directions, because I know there are lots of great things I can do with the camera. I'm excited to haul it around now.

I can't believe that you can see the seams of the softball! That's pretty cool! I have an even less expensive easyshare camera that has a sports setting, I'll have to try it out at Sam's next softball game!

Amazing how different a setting can make a photo. It just takes some getting used to but it well worth the time to learn them. Great photos!

Nice photos Cheri. That second one is awesome! I love all the action you caught. Even the girls in the outfield have their mitts up.
