One of the best Disney memories I have, is a character meal at Fulton's Crabhouse in 1998. My DD was almost 3 years old. As Pluto came around to our table, he spilled her juice. She was so mad and said "Pluto, you spilled my juice!" She refused to talk about Pluto or even look at Pluto the rest of the trip! We have great pictures of that event and it brings a smile to my face everytime I think about it.
Do you have a special Disney food memory? I'd love to hear it!

The Ice Cream Social - 9/10/01. We practically had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Chip & Dale sat at our table forever, drawing and coloring with DD (3 years old at the time). When we said we couldn't find certain characters they drew us maps and pictures - which I still have. They were so helpful and lots of fun. Then upstairs in the AP lounge we met up with them, Mickey and Pluto again - what a blast. They kept DD busy for quite a while playing with the toys and movies, and DH sat and I relaxed - it was like free babysitting from the big guy himself, lol. Yes, that vacation is full of many emotions and memories.

When AliKat was 21 months old we made our first trip to WDW. It was August and HOT HOT HOT!! We were ready to get into some airconditioning and went into the Enchanted Tiki Room. She sat there totally enthralled and at the end of the show she was clapping her chubby little hands and yelling out "toon on the Tiki boods, toon on the wadu!" She wants to go to Disneyland so she can see the original show again. We have TONS of great memories, but that first one always comes to mind as the most special.

I was at Liberty Tavern alone and had met all the usual characters (or suspects as the movie goes). Later other guests came and Chip and Dale came to visit them. One of the women in the group started giving them a bad time, telling them that varmints like them had broken into her cabin and made a terrible mess. Either Chip or Dale was getting upset (I never did notice which) and lay down on the floor almost like a two-year old in a snit. I reached over and touched his head and said, "It's OK, " just like one would comfort an upset child. Next thing I knew this little varmint was in my lap! Now either Chip or Dale is your lap is indeed a lap-full! I was surprised!

My favorite Disney food memory is from the now defunct Villians Dinner at 1900 Park Fare. I usually carry a large, very furry leopard print purse when I go to WDW and I had it with me on this trip. Cruella of course fell in love with and pranced around the dining room with it for most of the meal. When she returned it she lay it on the table in plain view. Prince John came over and was pointing to it, stamping his feet, putting his hands on his hips and shaking his finger in my face. I told him "Don't worry about it, its no one you know." He disappeared and came back with a 1900 Park Fare menu that he had written on the back "How do you know that? Some of my best friends are purses?" with his autograph. I thought it was a really nice gesture.
