View Full Version : not a breakfast person

I think I asked this question before one of our other trips, but not sure what the answer was...
If we have a NON-breakfast person in our family, can we go to a "buffet" place and order just coffee- or a la carte items for that person?
My hubby is just not a breakfast person- but the rest of us ARE! We can NOT just have him not there- but it seems such a waste to pay for the buffet when he doesn't eat...
We want to try Chef Mickey's (not for dinner!) and maybe Boma.
Any suggestions?

I don't know this one for sure, but seems like I read somewhere that if there are characters they charge you. Maybe it was a service charge but seems like you get charged something. Hopefully someone else will know for sure.

I'm thinking of doing the Concourse Steakhouse for breakfast in lieu of Chef Mickeys- my kids don't care either way I think, about the characters-
Does anyone have any opinions about the CS at Contemp? for breakfast....

Could you try going in late, say just before they stop serving breakfast? That way most of you would be eating a late breakfast, but your DH would be eating an early lunch.

good idea Will, but I don't think it would work at say, Chef Mickey's - or anywhere that has certain "meal" hours- don't they close between meals? Like Whispering Canyon- don't they stop serving breakfast at a certain time, then switch over to lunch like 1/2 hour later? I thought you could only get PS at certain times & figured that was why.
