We're considering using JetBlue on our next trip to Disney World. They're just starting flights out of Boston this week. Their ads have us intrigued -- claiming direcTV for each flier, plenty of legroom, comfy seats -- and the prices are very competitive.
Does anyone here have experience flying with JetBlue? Good or bad, I'd really appreciate your feedback.
Thanks in advance,
Sandi

I haven't flown them either, but I have only heard good things too, and my FIL has never had a complaint - he uses them frequently on his one-way flights back from a truck delivery. I hear they are going to be coming to my airport by next summer. If rates compare to Southwest I may give them a shot... maybe :)

I've never flown with them either, but I know people who have and loved it!
Frontier has the DirecTv in every seat too, and you have no idea how much more peaceful that made my last trip to Denver with my DH! He's a big guy, and impatient anyway, and flying with him is always a trial. But last trip, he and my BIL (age 12) watched Cartoon Network the whole time, and I was left in peace to read. :D

Friends have flow them and have had no issues. I am also trying them for the first time out of Boston in February. It should be interesting I have one trip in the beginning of the month on jetBlue and another on Song at the end of the month. Song was actually modeled after jetBlue's success. Honestly though I have found Song's prices have been ridiculously high and as much as I've been a loyal Delta medallion person for years and years building miles on them isn't all that great anymore. I would have taken jetBlue again at the end of the month however I had a Delta online coupon which made up for the price difference.
Remember if you do use jetBlue you get a further discount on their price by booking through them on their website. The prices attributed to them on some flying search engines were $5. - $10. more than the online price. I also agree their commercials are intriguing - you should take a look at their website and the "cool stuff" section. Very clever.

Sandar,
I actually just used Jet Blue for the first time this past Thursday. We had to fly to NYC for a funeral. I was very impressed with their service. My Husband and his brother flew out on an earlier flight and they also had great service. We left Thursday and returned yesterday morning. My daughter (Tink23) especially liked the in-flight direct TV each seat has. Helped pass the time. We left on time (even flying out of JFK in NYC) and arrived promptly. Having flown Southwest my last trips to MCO, I like the idea of having my seat assignments upfront. If you book online, you chose your actual seats as part of the online booking process.
As well, we were pricing tix at $320 each RT. Ouch! We got them on Jet Blue for $120 RT despite not staying over a Sat. Nite or booking 7 days in advance!!
Hopes this helps! I'd certainly give them a try if the price is right.

Sandi,
JetBlue has been flying out of JFK for several years - the service is excellent. Great prices, comfortable seating, excellent service and reliability are the hallmarks of Jet Blue in my opinion. Use them with confidence!!

They have lowed their fares on some flights again as well. I am psyched, my previously booked great fare is even less! I called and they have credited my TrueBlue account.

I keep looking to see when I can use Jet Blue. MAybe I can out of Regan and hopefully they will come to Dulles.
I had a very positive experience with SONG, but was shocked when I checked prices from Dulles to Orlando to see a notice they are stopping that service shortly. that's weird.
