It is getting time to kick it up into higher gear for my planning. We plan to go to Sea World in August. I will have the two grandkids in tow, the oldest will be one month shy of 3 and the youngest who still isnt born yet today mind you will be about 5 months old.

I read about 2 days for price of one deal. I cant remmebr where? Anyway is that generally avaliable in the summer months? Our first day will be a wash but if we can do a few hours of Sea World and then the next day a full day we may get to do all we want with the kids in tow.

Barb,

I'm pretty sure I saw it available this past summer when I was there. I know I saw it last week. I think it is a pretty standard thing. Did you check their website?

I plan to be on the lookout for the deal I got last year, where you buy one day and get the rest of the year free. This year they are offering a special where you can pay $5.99 monthly for 10 months and get the whole year for $59.90 - the one day price is $53.?? You could also just buy the year pass for the $59.90 without payments, but either way it cost the same. I'm not sure if those passes are good only through the end of the year or work like Disney APs where they are good from purchase date through the next year's purchase date.

The special one I got ended on Dec 31 so it wasn't technically good for a full year. That special ended on May 31st but I don't remember exactly when it started, but I'll be watching for it.
