Rumors continue for new Fireworks show at MK

Rumor has it that the new firework show at the MK has received final approval and it is currently named "Wishes".

Said to be narrated by Jiminy Cricket with a brand new musical score. Possible start date as soon as October.

Testing a few months back hints at new pyrotechnic effects with 8 new launch locations.

Of course this is all rumor - no official announcement from Disney.

They were sure doing a lot of testing when we were there in January. And I noticed definite changes in launch points for some of the fireworks. It looked like some were over more toward Tomorrowland. I've also heard a rumor that there will be more circular effects where launch points all around the park will give it a surround feel similar to the holiday fireworks spectaculars.

All this makes me feel they are readying themselves for a new promotion to launch in late Fall. Some anniversary or celebration to kick off then.
