My class assignments are running down and I can prolly get in a couple of elective pottery pieces in if any body wants a piece? Same deal as always. I absorb the class, firing & materials cost. You pay for shipping. The pieces CAN get a tad experimental at times so fair warning.

As a happy recipient of one of your pieces, they are truly beautiful. I hope your class goes well. :)

Cool! All I can make is a weird teacup-ashtray pottery. However, I'm brilliant in cross-stitch so trade? My cross stitch for your pottery?

Sounds good. I'll plan something for you.

Janie I was working on your piece today. I'm hoping it'll be complete in two weeks or less. There's a lot of work going on in the pottery lab with people making things for craft shows and holiday presents not to mention course work. Two weeks is just a hopeful educated estimate if there's no problems with the drying and firings. Cross your fingers :)

Holy cow!! Tell me---what kind of cross stitch did you want? Disney or what?

I also do 3-D artwork work as well and my kids love them. I could do a 3-D of WDW castle if you want.:)

Janie, your piece was put in for glaze firing last week. Hopefully it'll be in tomorrow's kiln when it's opened. Glaze firings always are risky but I'll know tomorrow if it turned out all right. Cross your fingers,

PM me your addy so I can ship the piece if it's ok??

Andy!! I'm still alive and sorry for being AWOL for the last two weeks. I had to get a huge family party which was held last Sat taken care of and help my oldest daugher with her science project.

Will PM you tonight after everything settles down. You're totally awesome and thank you for being patient.

Janie, I sent out your pottery today. I hope you like it. It's glaze is a very experimental one for me and a reddish color that's extremely hard to get in high temperatures. It's on a bottle form I purposely made heavy to hold heat in cool down so hopefully this could happen. The UPS clerk feels it will arrive the 18th so keep an eye out for it. Enjoy the piece! :) Let me know if it arrives intact? This time of year packages are tossed around a lot during their travels so I've got my fingers crossed.

Andy,

I got the package yesterday and didn't open it a few minutes ago so sorry for being a day late and a dollar short. Christmas shopping is absolutely insane right now.

Yes, it did arrive intact. That is one fantasting piece of pottery and it fits in my collection of American Folk pottery--my nana collected them before American folk arts became super popular and I inherited a few rare piece from her---and I love the burgandy color. The best part is it is one of a kind so thank you!

I mailed the picture today via priority mail with confirmation because I wanted the package to get to you ASAP. It's fragile and I figured that the sooner it gets to you, the less chance of getting broken.

I'll PM the confirmation code so you could track it.

Again, thank you for the pottery. Beautiful!
