Suburban Extended Stay Hotel??

Anyone have any info on this hotel located on Major Blvd near Universal? It is a really cheap hotel so I'm not expecting luxury, but I want to know if it is clean. It says new, but you never know if actually new or just changed from some other name.

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America in Maine. It was no frills, desk closed at 11pm, each room had kitchen with full frig and microwave and cooktop. It was clean, but not my style. DH hated the fact it had so few TV stations!

Thanks but that is actually a different brand hotel - this one is Suburban. Even if it was, from experience I've learned a brand of hotel does not necessarily guarantee you anything and only judge on individual hotels. I did find out it was built in 1999, but I know how fast hotels can go downhill in FL.

I don't remember the TV channels, but that is something that bugs my DD. Personally not a big deal to me.

I don't care about frills, I just want it to be reasonably clean.

Thanks anyway. I honestly didn't think I'd find anyone that stayed there but you never know.
