Sea World - VIP Passes

A friend of mine is going to Disney in April and also wants to go to Sea World. He heard about VIP passes that get you special seats at shows and get you to the feedings, etc. right on time.

Does anyone know about these? If so, do you know how you get them?

(I know Sea World has fish...that's about it. I don't think we ever leave Disney property when we are in Orlando.)
