Mouse Tunes more interesting information on their show regarding Animal Kingdom, and the last Landsat photo of the park.

You will see two brown patches on the photo. The smaller one to the right is Expedition Everest construction (the photo is a few months old). But, what is going on to the northwest of Expedition Everest? This is a very large area, and there seems to be active construction in the area.
Anyone want to speculate what this might be? Is it park area, or support area for Animal Kingdom? Could it be Beastly Kingdom?
