I posted to my circle about Scrapfest but then I thought maybe there are others in the area that might be attending this event in September.

The weekend after Labor day the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota has a huge Scrapbook event. If you would like further details you can get them by going to www.archivers.com (http://www.archivers.com) and they have a link.

If you are already registered for classes and workshops you are among the thousands of lucky people, if you are not registered for a class or workshop keep in mind that you will probably not get into one either because the lion's share of classes are FULL.

I will be going for a bit each day (FRI, SAT, SUN). I will take pictures and post if I find any cool new inovative products.

Anyone going and want to get together????

I would love to go - but it's a little far for a scrapbook workshop/event. We have a Scrapbook Expo every year here in San Diego and it's great!

I'm sure you'll have great time and looking at all the new stuff is always fun. (Ok and sometimes a little expensive...)

I used to see a billboard here in Orlando that advertised a 'scrapfest' but I kept forgetting about it. It must have been in the spring.

I hope you have a blast! I went to a scrap retreat in April in Orlando and had a great time. There was a huge scrap convention in April in Orlando (not the one I went to) and that is probably the sign Robin saw. There is another convention in november in Orlando. I bet it was the Memories Expo, the name sounds familiar. I remember noting that the sign was up months after the event.

That sounds so fun, but Minnesota is a bit farther than I want to drive right now with gas prices the way they are. There was a scrapbook expo in Columbus last month, which I completly forgot about and missed.
