Universal on Thanksgiving

we were thinking of hitting IOA for a day this trip. It shoulds like Disney parks will be very busy TG day. Does the same hold true for the Universal parks? I imagine they must mirror each other. Are we better off avoiding all park on TG day? Would Wednesday before be a better choice?

The Universal parks are busy on the same holiday days as Disney. However, they will be less crowded than Disney on those days. Thanksgiving itself is not so crowded as the day after Thanksgiving. Prepare yourself for use of the Universal Express Access Pass(similar to Fast Pass) and you should be fine. Whatever you decide, have fun!
