MGM Studios and the Brown Derby have now added "Lunch with a Disney Imagineer" to their already popular "Lunch with a Disney Artist" series.

If you had a choice, which would you choose?

Lunch with a Disney Artist so that you could hear about the animation process and Disney's cartoon/movie business? :boyears: :girlears:

Lunch with a Disney Imagineer where you can ask questions about the parks and new attractions? :boyears: :girlears:

What's your pick and why?

I'm an engineer, guess which way I voted? I almost actually applied to be an imagineer on the Animal Kingdom! I had a lot of credentials but in the end I just don't think I'm creative enough. I am in awe of Imagineers!

On the other hand, I wouldn't turn down lunch with a Disney Artist, either. :D

I voted for the Disney Artist. I think that Disney animation is like no other. I would love to discuss how concepts for the animation are brought into play. I would also love to hear more about the process of make full lenght animation movies.

Great question!

Follow up! I told Bernard about this and he said, "Wow! We should do that!" So...I wonder if there are any slots open while we're there next month?

Well, it is my understanding that you can only make reservations 30 days out, so if you have a special day in mind, I would get calling (ugh - 4am our time) on the 30day mark.
