bad enough that I just got through booking a couple of days at DL!:mickey: :mickey: My niece is getting married the first weekend in August in Ojai, and since we're going to be in the neighborhood.....:lol: It's so easy to tack on a couple of days on the front end and scoot down from LAX.WooHoo!

Since I got back last month I have been OBSESSED with going back. My Billy Hill and the Hillbillies CD has not left the CD player in my car since I got back. I stare at my 50th anniversary mousepad and wish I could just jump into the picture. I used to think I could never choose between DL and WDW as a fave, but there was so much Magic at DL for the 50th that at this point I would pick DL. If you haven't seen the parade for the 50th it is not to be missed.

BA I can't believe you have never met Joe. You are the closest to him. How funny!! I have had the pleasure, and he and his family are the best. He truly is a GREAT guy.

Oh and by the way...if you ever do plan a CO meet, remember I am only a few (5) short hours away. I just might suprise you all and be there. Just name the time.

I've been back for two months now from my first visit ever. Just last night I was thinking about my dividend miles and wondering if I had enough for a free flight somewhere - guess where came to mind! ROFL

My boss told me to take an extra week of vacation because of the 8 weekends I worked back in Jan-Feb, so I need to find something to do! I was thinking an October trip somewhere might be nice! :mickeyHalloween:

October is a good time to travel to DL but then I think anytime is a good time to travel to DL! :D

How hot is it at DL in July? Looks like I will be going to DL for a day on July 25th and I was wondering what to expect. The convention I am going to is in LA and a friend of mine who is also a Disney nut found a California friend to drive us to DL and we will pay for the gas. Works for me!

I would expect highs in the mid-80s and lows in the 60s or so, but without the humidity of WDW. I have always found that a light jacket or sweatshirt in the evening is comfortable. All in all, perfect weather to tour DL!
