OK, who got theirs, and what do you think? They cut it WAY back (I'm assuming to save on printing/distribution costs).

Its OK, and the charts are super easy to find, but I really think it needs a picture of each room type along with room dimensions/layouts for each resort.

Other opinions?

Received ours on Monday. DH flipped thur; said it was fine but he's glad he's not a newbie.
Last years with all the pictures and information was great. If you have it than you really don't need to repeat it every year unless something changes. I, personally have not taken the time to thumb thur the new one. I hope they issue the full copy every 2 or 3 years. As long as the info can be found on DVC Home pages and helpful friends here I can do without the big book this year.

Got mine in the mail and I agree with one thing, I'm glad I'm not a newbie. If this is how they're going to do it then they need to put out a bigger, one time use guide book with the layouts of the resorts and such and then send these books out every 2 years with the point charts as an update. I still have my origianl 3 ring binder guidebook. Somehow I just knew better than to throw it away.

Got mine two days ago. I guess I don't mind cutting cost there instead of any of the real DVC benefits. You still have the info you need.

I think I liked it better when they just sent out the page changes for the 3 Ring notebook. That had to be still cheaper than this was, and you still had all of the other information too, in a real quality package.
