I normally drive to Disney, but this trip, I will be flying. I arrive early at the Allstar Music. I know that my luggage will be stored so I can go enjoy the parks. But, my question is, will it be in my room when I get back to the resort? Will I have to call for the luggage when I get in my room? Or will I have to go pick it up and lug it to the room myself?

I'm really an ABC type of gal and I need to know exactly what happens when. LOL :?

You can request that the luggage be taken to your room. However, they usually store it for your pick up. I have noticed that the AllStars (not surprisingly) do not have the amount of bellman on hand as would the higher-end resorts, so sometimes it can take a while to get your luggage to your room.

Also, make sure if they are storing your luggage after check out -

***Make sure you double check and count that you have ALL appropriate bags***

I always do this, but on our last trip, just before the limo pulled up to get us, i had to pee  So, I run into the lobby bathroom, and in the mean time the car arrives and the bellhop kindly loads our luggage for us. DH is busy getting DD in the car, and neglects to count and recount, and recheck again. I get out 5 mintiues later and am assured everything is set to go. HALF WAY TO THE AIRPORT - DH says he doesn't remember seeing our lithograph getting loaded up  Sure enough, it wasn't there! So, I get on the cell phone and call guest services at ASMo while we turn around to return to the hotel. It took 3 people 20 minutes to find our piece of art  Raaahhhh! Had to give the driver a huge ol' tip for waiting and didn't get so much as an apology from the bell staff! Not only was the litho misplaced, they couldn't find it cuz it was getting ready to be loaded onto the cruise shuttle bus! I know I should have written about this one, but I haven't had the time.

Good luck!

In Februrary, after the Disney Cruise, I ventured over to All Star Movies for one night, all by myself. I checked in at approximately 10:30am and ventured out to the parks for the day. Since I only had the one day there, I took full advantage, and did not arrive back at my resort until about 10pm. I expected to have to call bell services to have my luggage delivered, but to my surprise it was already there ready and waiting for me. Either way you will not have to worry about maneuvering the luggage by yourself, bell services will take care of it for you.

When I was at Music last week it was delivered to my room while I was at the parks along with a Netgrocer package that had arrived at the resort a couple of days before.

I never had luggage delivered to the room, but while staying at All Star Sports, we saw a little golf cart running around with luggage on it. There was quite a load, so they probably wait til the cart is full before making a delivery.
