MouseFest 2006: Park Days Poll!

OK everyone, Park days are being decided for MouseFest 2006 as we type! :mickeyXmas:

But there is STILL time for your opinion to be heard and could help with the decision. I need to know what WE would do as a community, so here is a poll to help us figure it out.

So - assuming that the Official days are:

Thurs - MK, Fri - AK, Sat - Epcot, Sun - MK, Mon - MGM

Would you vote to follow the official schedule or one of the other listed choices.

I need the results to this quickly, so please think about it and vote soon!

I voted official days - with the thought if we needed to do a couple of meets in parks other than the "official" park of the day then we could still negotiate that as we get closer to Mousefest!

The spirit of Mousefest is for all the communities to come together. Keeping (as close as possible) to the official schedule gives those members who want to a chance to mingle with other communities or attend some of the unique meets that are available in Mousefest. Or looking at it from the other side, it allows Taginators who are also active in other communites, the ability to still attend Tag meets without finding themselves on the other side of the 'World.

If this is a decision for all groups going to Mousefest, then I go with AK morning of MVMCP.

One of my best times was on Sunday at MK with my Tagger friends. I can't remember if Mouseplanet's scavenger hunt was Thurs or Sunday. I sure did love that too. If that was Sunday then, I stay at my original vote.

Since Monday is a travel day for me and I really don't want to miss out on MGM Tag meets, I voted for AK before MVMCP and switching MGM to Friday and AK to Monday. But if we add Stop Drop and Roll into some other day, the official MouseFest dates work for me.

We usually are home or headed home by the Monday. Since AK is our least favorite park I voted to MGM on Friday and AK on the Monday. Missing out on AK isn't really missing out to us like MGM would be.

Running neck and neck here.... (The second two options really are counted together since they both include MGM on Friday and AK on Monday)

I would prefer having MGM on Friday but I will be happy to go with the group on this one. No matter what I will be checking out each of the parks whether there is a meet there or not.

I like the idea of staying with the official days as well. I hated trying to pick between Friday morning this past year...AK and the Safari OR MGM with the Stop Drop and Roll..... It is so nice to meet new friends and see old ones as the communities gather together.

I finally got my vacation days at work. I cant get any time off the week before Mousefest (Boo!!) BUt I can get after off. SO I get to go December 9 to the 13th. Im hoping to meet up wiht some who get to stay past the bog mega meet. :-)
