More Contemporary DVC rumors - Would you buy?

OK, I keep hearing rumors of a DVC resort at the Contemporary. If a DVC was added there, who all would buy? Why? Why not?

In one word :Monorail - fast & easy transportation. Close to MK. This would elimate need for rental car unless going off property. I do have one condition, the villas would need better themeing than the Contemporary. If they played up the Small World Theme with a warm homey feeling, I'm there.

I voted - "no, I'm holding out for somewhere else". While I enjoy the CR, and love the monorail and proximity to the MK - I'm holding out for an Animal Kingdom Lodge DVC.

Another option that I might consider in the future (it's sounding more attractive all the time), is a resale at OKW. It's not really in the cards right now, but I keep having visions of taking our three kids and their kids there. :mrgreen: Don't make me a grandma before my time. :lol: My oldest is only 9, and he thinks it's impossible to get married before you've finished college and worked for several years. :wink: It sure would be nice to have one of the grand villas there so that we could all stay together.
