Those are some nice features on their service, Tag. I really like the 30 minute stop. That gives you much more of a comfort margin than the 15 minute one I got with my last Towncar service. It is also nice to know there is an alternative to Taxis or mass shuttle service in getting from WDW to the Uni parks, if you don't have a rental. Good website, too!

I'm very happy to have joined Tagrel and glad Quicksilver is now part of the most organized and well designed website for Disney fans around.

I want to thank Dave for the warm welcome and reassure everyone we will be an active member/sponsor in the forums. I will personally answer any questions you might have about myself or Quicksilver.

Being in the travel industry for over 8 years and in the transportation business for over 3 years we are proud to offer all Orlando and Disney fans the most reliable, affordable, and friendly service possible.

Quicksilver is the ONLY transportation company offering a free phone call (10 min. long distance or 5 min. international) and a Polaroid picture to keep as a souvenir. We also offer a full 30 minutes stop for all roundtrips at no extra charge.

I'm also offering all Tagrel members a courtesy $ 5.00 off our standard rates till Dec. 31st .

Please visit our site at Orlando Airport Transportation to Disney World (http://www.quicksilver-tours.com) or for any questions or concerns feel free to contact us Toll Free at 1-888-GO TO WDW.

Hope to see you all very soon!!!!

Regards.

 about the phone call purpose, VALUK!

I've just spoken with Gregory and booked his service for our December trip. He was super nice, and I look forward to meeting him in person. I love the ease of having a car service whisk you away to your resort, and it's extra nice to be able to stop at the grocery for drinks and snacks too. :D

Hi Alicia

I am not a nasty person honestly!!! But any opportunity to remind family and loved ones that I am in the Florida Sunshine and they are in Freezing cold Scotland has to be grabbed with both hands!!! It just has to be done!!!

Isn't there a $5 coupon somewhere for Quicksilver? I was just recommending them to someone and mentioned the coupon...now I can't find it.

I think that was just an introductory discount. I used it last year for Mousefest but I believe it was only for a limited time.

QuickSilver

is the very best! When we left WDW last year it was the morning Hurricane Wilma hit. We had great communication that morning with Gregory, and our driver (I believe it was Chris?) got us to MCO safe and sound. We were kinda scared being like the only vehicle on the road at that time, but we got there safe and sound. I am very impressed with Quicksilver and will remain a loyal customer. Plan to use their service again in October.

Thank you...thank you...thank you.

I won the October MouseFest Newsletter Contest!

The prize, as you probably recall, is round-trip transportation between Walt Disney World and Orlando International Airport courtesy of Quicksilver Tours and Transportation.

It is a wonderful prize and gift from the MouseFest organizers and Quicksilver Tours and Transportation and Quicksilver's owner, Gregory Nicolas.

I called Gregory Nicolas, the owner of Quicksilver Tours and Transportation to see if I could donate the prize to another friend.

It is a wonderful prize from Quicksilver Tours and Transportation.

He graciously said yes, and I gave it to Towncrier (John Hayes).

I have seen John every year at WDW and Mousefest and DISCon since 2000.

John (Towncrier) has always been such a good friend.

I knew that John (Towncrier) wasn't going to be able to go to Mousefest earlier in the year because of his children starting college and to save money.

But he recently was able to go, and I immediately thought of John.

I almost had to force John (Towncrier) to take the Mousefest/Quicksilver because, as usual, he said there must be others more worthy.

I finally convinced John (Towncrier) to take the MouseFest/Quicksilver prize.

First, I wanted John (Towncrier) to not worry about transportation and to be able to arrive and depart in super Quicksilver style.

I wanted John (Towncrier) to arrive at MCO and for him to see a big sign with his name on it like a celebrity...how cool.

Then for someone else to carry his luggage from the airport luggage area to his Quicksilver coach.

Then a free phone card to call his Dear Wife and Dear Family that he arrived safely at WDW.

Then visit the Publix Grocery Store to pick up some snacks, drinks, or those other little things that the airport security won't let you carryon board plan.

Then have a comfortable ride in a limosine to the WDW Swan Resort and arrive in style like a star.

And then at the end of Mousefest, to be picked up and driven back to MCO like a star.

It couldn't have made me more happy to have John (Towncrier) accept this wonderful MouseFest/Quicksilver prize and for me visualize him experiencing all of these neat things.

I wish that I could have given this prize to everyone, but I think that you understand now why I gave it to John.

Does anyone know if there is an issue getting two car seats in a limo? I thought I read somewhere that this wasn't allowed. I did send an email to Quicksilver but thought perhaps someone can answer my question sooner.

Does it have to be a limo? I don't think I've ever seen a car seat in a limo.

I've always been in a towncar or luxury SUV. I would think both could handle car seats.

Good point Robin. A town car wouldn't fit us and our stuff, but perhaps a luxury SUV would be good. I'll look into that.

Gregory, glad to see you. Also hope all is going well. I'll chip in that when we use a town car service at WDW, it's Quicksilver. They have always been right there when we landed, handled out grocery stop without any problems and gotten us to our hotel in a flash. A great way to start our vacation!

When we don't have Magical Express (think Swan and Dolphin), we love using Quicksilver! They are excellent! Thanks for a class act, Gregory!
