What Is the best tranportion to the Port?

I rented a car from Budget at the airport, stayed at CBR the night before the cruise then dropped off the car at the Budget location near the port. Budget has a free shuttle to the terminal.
After the cruise we boarded the Budget shuttle back to their office and rented a car to go to the airport. We made both reservations in advance. It was cheap and very easy. The budget office is very close to the terminal. Avis is almost as close.
