I KNEW all those Stars and Caps would make you read this! :)

OK, there seems to be some confusion about Meets and Member trips.

CALENDAR INFO
The site calendar (on the left side of the main page) will contain all member Trip and Meet information (amongst other things). Any other meet calendars are now obsolete. (I think I've removed links to them...)
Click on the Month Title to display an entire month of events.
Use the Category Filter dropdown at the top of the monthly calendar to see just certain events (Like WDW Vac. or Meets). Makes it much easier to read and the print option is nice as well (bottom right of calendar).
Send your meet dates to meets@tagrel.com, or just post them in the Add your trip dates to our new site calendar! (http://tagrel.com/forum/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=3611) thread.

MEETS
Start a thread describing your meet (place/time/date) and seeing who is interested in attending. Once you lock down a date and time, we will add it to the calendar (again - send to meets@tagrel.com). Include a link to your thread discussing the meet.
Each meet will contain a link to the thread that will talk about details and/or list the attendees.
It is the meet organizers job to make sure that the attendees are listed (and updated) in their first post (that describes the meet). Just edit it to add in any new attendees. People like to know who is coming to a particular meet.

Hey everyone!

There are some great meets being planned -- if you would like your meet on the site calendar - please send an email to meets@tagrel.com with the Date, time, contact person. Then we will get it on the site calendar for you!
